Low-Hanging Fruit For Overall Vitality & Wellness

Low-Hanging Fruit For Overall Vitality & Wellness

There are quite a few things that people can do which are so simple and so powerful for massively upgrading the way they feel.

Sunshine & Bare Feet On The Earth

I’ve been reading a book on Breatharianism, and I’m learning that the author gets the bulk of his nourishment from the air he breathes (through the lungs) from sunshine, and from bare feet on the earth.

These things are all free! He recommends 45 minutes of bare feet walking on the earth. From my Earthing research (and plenty of experience) one is electrically grounded (earthing) when on natural ground (soil, rocks, dirt) and on concrete, but not when on wood or asphalt. I personally feel such a big difference when I make sure to spend 45+ minutes grounded each day. Doing my qigong movements outside (if it’s not too windy since strong wind can blow away the body’s qi) while my bare feet are on the earth is so perfect for this. There is so much great energy exchange with the earth when your bare feet are in contact with her.

Next time you go on a walk outside, just take your shoes off!

Veggies with every meal

Organic baby broccoli, asparagus, brussels sprouts, cauliflower. I steam them. It only takes less than 10 minutes. And then I load them up with grass fed butter (to help absorb the nutrients), sea salt and pepper. If you haven’t done this, just try it for a few days and you will notice a huge difference. It really keeps the bowels regular and gives one so much more energy. These cruciferous vegetables are especially good for detoxing the body.

Before a meal, to prepare your digestive system and to give your body an overall vitality and detox boost, chew a piece of fresh raw ginger and then have a couple tablespoons of Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar, diluted with a couple tablespoons of water, a fresh squeeze of lemon juice (1/4 of a lemon), some Ceylon cinnamon, and if you want an extra boost of potassium, put 1/16th to 1/8th (no more) of a teaspoon of Potassium Bicarbonate in there as well.

Plenty of high quality seafood:

Oysters and sardines with fermented chlorella is my favorite. Oysters have lots of copper and zinc in a bioavailable and balanced form along with tons of Omega 3s and Vitamins A & E and iodine, and many other nutrients. So many people are deficient in copper, and taking copper from supplements can put the copper in the wrong places in the body, so getting it from oysters or grass fed beef liver is probably the best. The chlorella absorbs any potential heavy metals, which can be a problem especially with larger fish, but I still take it with these small ones. Wild-caught salmon is another great source of seafood. Avoid farmed salmon and farmed fish in general, as these have really bad issues and are full of toxins.

Eat in a 9-10 hour feeding window

Stop eating a couple hours before bed and extend the duration of your fast in the morning for a couple hours. If you go 14 hours without eating every day in this way, you’ll be giving your body the much needed gift of autophagy and detox and allowing your energy to work on things other than digestion.

Take a 10 minute stroll after a meal, especially after a big meal, to optimize blood glucose balance and the way your body digests the food in general. You’ll feel the difference!

Drink Energized, Structured Water. Breathe High Quality Air.

I use a Berkey and then add minerals or sea salt (Colima salt is the one I use) plus an energizing/structuring device from www.greenfieldwater.com for my water. I use the Air Doctor for my indoor air filtration.

A few bonuses:

Raw honey
Fermented Black Garlic (Mercola Market online sells fermented supplements, which I love.)
Raw milk and kefir (My favorite is raw goats milk/kefir, but a grass fed cow’s raw milk is still amazing and MUCH more digestible and healthy than pasteurized milk from a CAFO, sick cow)
Raw egg yolks (the whites should be cooked if you’re going to eat those–pretty much all the nutrients are in the yolks)

Pay attention to how you feel over a few days following what you eat. Choose fresh food that has lots of LIFE in it. The point of food is to give your body energy, qi or LIFE. Processed foods are pretty much devoid of life or very low in it.

My Sleep Optimization:

I’ve finally been able to start sleeping well again after over a year of really struggling with it and going through major sleep deprivation last year that I thought might kill me. It turns out I was doing so much qigong that it was interfering with my ability to sleep, and as I’ve backed off somewhat I’ve noticed my sleep has been getting better. So I’ve learned to do enough but not too much, as it is for me currently.

I also take several supplements that help a lot with my sleep:

There are 3 things I take from www.mitozen.com:
1/3 of a CBD Neurodiol, 1/2 Glutastat, and a tiny piece of their standard Sandman.
These are in suppository form, so they are absorbed exceptionally well by the body. It’s a bit uncomfortable, but I promise you it’s worth it if you struggle with sleep. It fucking works.

Also:
1500mg L-Tryptophan (much better for long term use than 5-HTP)
600mg L-theanine

If you were to follow these suggestions above, these things will change your life.

Cut out toxic streams of information like news and most TV in general. Exposure to anything which is not energizing and feeding you in the long run will run you down! So be wise about that to which you expose yourself. No violent or scary video games or movies or harsh music or people, etc. Pay attention to the difference it makes.

You may actually need some time to adjust to your newfound levels of peacefulness, joy and clarity, as these amazing feelings may not be familiar and comfortable for you, but wouldn’t you rather feel peaceful and joyful instead of anxious and stressed out?

Love,

Aaron
